Responsibilities
  • Liaison between sales team and CEO - managing calendars and appointments

  • Manage multi-channel interactions with faculty and students (phone, email, chat, text, etc.)

  • Provide support for sales team, content team, and product team

  • Manage office tasks as needed

Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills - able to manage a million little things happening at once

  • Strong communicator, excellent written and speaking skills

  • Extreme attention to detail

  • Empathy, ease of getting along with others

  • Self-starter, ability to set and achieve goals independently with little oversight
